What You'll Do: Bring Recipes to Life: Follow recipes and product directions to prepare a wide variety of delicious food items for our restaurant and banquet operations. Maintain Culinary Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of quality control by monitoring the freshness of ingredients and adhering to strict food handling procedures. Master Your Craft: Utilize a variety of kitchen tools and equipment to weigh, measure, mix, wash, peel, cut, grind, stir, strain, slice, assemble, and knead food products. Become a true kitchen artisan! Champion Food Safety: Adhere to all food safety regulations, including proper wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and temperature checking of products. What You'll Need: A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key! Some kitchen experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated individuals. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
