Prep Cook Bon Appetit is hiring immediately for a full-time Prep Cook position at Otis College of Art and Design located at 9045 Lincoln Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90045. An internal employee referral bonus is available. Job Summary: Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Essential duties and responsibilities include obtaining daily production schedules and preparation requirements from the chef, preparing items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes, completing and following daily production worksheets and waste log sheets, operating and cleaning equipment per department procedures after each use, and storing, labeling, and dating all food items according to policy.
