Responsibilities include: Greeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner; ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times. Providing exceptional, friendly, and courteous service to guests. Adhering to state, federal, and Levy Responsible Alcohol Service regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to all guests. Preparing and stocking bar areas with all products including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, etc. Maintaining stocks, preparing, curing and storing all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality. Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of menu and available products. Preparing guest checks, processing payments, and ensuring accurate transactions; adhering to Levy Cash Handling policy. Ensuring work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation requirements. Completing required production logs, safety and sanitation logs, waste/spoilage log, inventory log, check-in/check-out procedures daily. Completing opening and closing duties including cleaning tasks, setup, preparation in assigned area, daily and monthly inventory. Collaborating with FOH and BOH team to promote a positive environment, smooth operations and timely service. Performing other duties as assigned. Physical demands include: Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary. Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry. 2+ years bartender experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively. Proficient in mixology, with the ability to prepare a variety of classic and custom cocktails; knowledge of drink recipes, garnishes, and alcohol types. Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and cash-handling experience. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements. This position may require the following valid certifications; ServSafe Food Certification, ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.
