About the Role: As a Plumbing Service Technician at Howell-Chase Heating and Air in Bluffton, SC , you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems for residential clients. This position requires a deep understanding of plumbing codes, system diagnostics, and the ability to troubleshoot issues to deliver high-quality service. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.Valid plumbing license or certification as required by state or local regulations.Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing service and repair. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety procedures.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing codes. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with HVAC-related plumbing systems.Additional certifications in specialized plumbing areas such as backflow prevention or gas piping.Proficiency with Service Titan or similar software.Strong customer service skills and experience working in a client-facing role.Ability to mentor junior technicians and provide on-the-job training. Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures in residential and commercial properties.Install new plumbing systems and components according to blueprints, specifications, and local codes.
