We are hiring immediately for full time and part time Pizza Prep Cook positions. Location: Andrews University - 8700 West Campus Circle Drive, Berrien Springs, MI 49104. Note: Online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time and part time schedules. Days and hours may vary, including morning and afternoon shifts. More information upon interview.

Requirement: Prior food service experience is required. Prior prep cook experience is preferred.

Job Summary: Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Essential duties and responsibilities include obtaining daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef, preparing items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes, completing and following daily production worksheets and waste log sheets, operating and cleaning equipment per department procedures after each use, storing, labeling and dating all food items according to policy, following HACCP guidelines, resolving customer concerns, and performing other duties as assigned.
