Our scratch kitchen is the heartbeat of our concept, and we’re looking for dedicated, skilled line cooks who are ready to bring the heat—or ready to learn from those who do.
Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced line cooks with knowledge in pizza , grill, sauté, prep, and pantry stations. Whether you’re a seasoned pro in one area or versatile across the board, we want to hear from you. We are also willing to train the right candidate who is dependable, hardworking, and eager to grow in a high-performance kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and execute dishes on your station with speed, precision, and consistency
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Maintain a clean and organized station throughout service
Follow recipes and presentation standards as directed by the chef and culinary team
Assist with prep work, receiving orders, and rotating stock as needed
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations
Communicate clearly with the team and jump in where needed to keep service flowing
Preferred Skills & Experience: Prior experience on grill, sauté, pantry, or prep stations (one or more preferred)
Strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Attention to detail and pride in plate presentation
Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
