About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide Medicare Part B outpatient therapy in patients' homes . You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule while making a positive impact on the geriatric population in the Oakhurst, NJ area. Minimum commitment: 12 direct patient care hours per week

Availability required: At least 3 weekdays per week

Work independently while collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary therapy team
