Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Outpatient Physical Therapist office in East Point, GA, 16 minutes south of Atlanta! Our established outpatient clinic is expanding its clinical team. While we officially opened at the end of 2024, inherited a 10-year patient base and are seeking more dedicated providers to provide high-quality, one-on-one patient care, and to grow with our clinic! Compensation and Benefits: Hourly Rate: Offering up to $35 Per Hour Based on Experience Health, Vision and Dental Insurances 2 Weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) Tuition Reimbursement - Up to $5,000 Per Year Unlimited Internal CEU Reimbursement Part Time Schedule Options: Two full days per week (9 AM – 6 PM) OR three half days per week Clinical Setting: 100% One-on-One Patient Care: 40 to 60-Minute Intervals 100% Outpatient Setting Working with Ortho, Neuro, Vestibular and Balance Patients Seeing Adult to Geriatric Patients Using WebPT Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Laptop Provided for Documentation Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in an outpatient setting. Apply expertise in physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology for effective therapy. Create individualized care plans, including discharge planning. Collaborate with healthcare teams for seamless patient care. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and self-management.
Requirements: Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Georgia Outpatient experience preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist What You'll Find Here: A collaborative, professional clinic environment Flexibility to build a schedule that works for you A consistent and well-established patient base
