$104,000 per year Summary As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you'll work side-by-side with a Physical Therapist to carry out treatment plans that improve strength, mobility, and day-to-day function. This role is hands-on and people-facingguiding patients through exercises, tracking progress, and helping them feel confident in their movement again. Responsibilities
Provide treatment interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional movement training Use manual techniques and modalities as directed (e.g., heat, ice, e-stim) Monitor patient response and report progress/concerns to the PT Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper form Document visits accurately and on time per clinic standards Maintain a clean, safe, organized treatment environment
