\n \n \n St. Mary's Health System, a member of Covenant Health, is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy!

Under the supervision of a pharmacist, the Pharmacy Tech prepares for dispensing prescribed medication and other pharmaceuticals, compounds, and medication and prepares intravenous admixture, intravenous medications, and chemotherapeutic agents according to professional standards and practices. \n\n

Responsibilities: \n\n \n\t Prepare medication for the restocking of Pyxis medication stations \n\t Prepare IV medications, IV admixture, and parenteral nutrition solutions using professional standards for aseptic technique \n\t Prepare chemotherapeutic agents using specialized procedures and equipment using professional standards and aseptic techniques \n \n\n

Education and Requirements : \n\n \n\t

High-School Diploma or GED required \n\t Previous experience preferred \n\t

License/Certification

within one year of hire required \n\t Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills required \n\t Commitment to the mission and values of Covenant Health \n \n\n \n\n
