Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately fill and label prescription medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Operate pharmacy automation systems and technology to support high-volume fulfillment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and safety of dispensed medications.
• Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves and assisting with cycle counts.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure timely order processing.
• Package and prepare medications for shipment, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
• Adhere to safety, HIPAA, and company compliance standards at all times.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Essential Skills

• Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPHT) certification
• Strong computer skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in retail or mail order settings
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician

Work Environment

This is an onsite position with working hours from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM in a fulfillment-type pharmacy.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
