Job Description Summary:
The Strategic Operations Clinical Pharmacy Technician is a subject matter expert (SME) that provides national on-site and virtual support, education, and best practices centered around driving operational workflow and systems execution. Leveraging key performance indicators and reports to deliver demonstrated improvement in operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability across the company. This position manages special projects for Strategic Operations and partners with other departments to act as a subject matter expert for, but not limited to, patient management, end user testing, process consultation, and education content creation.

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
Drives key operational performance initiatives and key metrics through evaluation, education, and collaboration.
Support Operations leaders and VPOs through on-site and virtual CMC Strat Ops visit evaluations
Partners with the OCH Clinical Education team as a SME that is responsible for creation, review, and implementation of training content for field operations teams.
Consults and collaborates on development of new technology, UAT testing, implementation and support for field operations.
Ensures compliance with corporate policies and expectations to drive effectiveness, consistency, and clinical quality within operations.
Consistently models behaviors that build our culture around the Option Care Health Core Values.
Provides internal reporting guidance and education focused on key operational metrics / initiatives.
Provides training, mentorship, and expertise to key operational areas to promote an environment of collaboration and cross departmental understanding to foster alignment with key initiatives.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
Licensed Pharmacy Technician in their home state and 3 years' experience in hospital or home infusion
PTCB Pharmacy Technician Certification
CSPT - Certified Compounded Sterile Preparation Technician
Basic Qualifications
Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Experience evaluating information to determine compliance with standards, laws, and regulations.
Working knowledge of various systems such as CPR+, Power BI, Profit Point, One Track, Shipping Platforms
Experience creating process flows and identifying opportunities to improve process performance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively within organizational departments.
Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments and take initiative leading projects.
Must be able to work autonomously while remaining focused on core initiatives.
Ability to present operational topics and content on leadership calls

Support Strategic Operations with CMC relocation and renovation efforts
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Frequent bending, stooping, reaching
Ability to carry at least 30lbs
Travel Requirements: (if required)
Willing to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)
5 Years Clinical Pharmacy Technician experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $33.75-$56.24
