The ability to work alone and as part of a team.What You Will Do Timely and accurate preparation, delivery to the nursing units/appropriate departments & storage of medications, including (when appropriate) the use of technology to do so, varies by location.Ensuring accuracy of one's own work as well as the maintenance of required competencies, and other documentation. Must reflect consistently departmental quality improvement and Patient Safety standards, programs, and initiatives. 25%Ongoing professional development and growth, leads by example, perpetuates accountability, manages own time.Communicate effectively, develop positive working relationships and role model teamwork that reflects the Texas Health Promise Behaviors.
