Make a Difference To assure that medications and supplies are provided to the customer in an accurate and timely manner in compliance with standard procedures, Joint Commission, State Department of Health and other regulatory standards. • High School Diploma or GED : High school diploma or GED equivalent is required (Required) • Previous pharmaceutical or related healthcare experience education preferred (Required) • Required Certifications/Licensures: (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) National Certification or National Healthcareer Association (NHA) (ExCPT)) • One of the following is required Certifications/Licensures: (Licensed as a Pharmacy Technician by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA), Licensed as a Pharmacy Intern by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA). If licensed as Pharmacy Intern (IPLA) you do not need to be nationally certified with PTCB or NHA.) • National Certification required within 2 years of hire.
