Pharmacy Technician Call Center (Customer Care) | Direct Hire | Gardena California Start Date: ASAP Location: Southern Los Angeles County (Administrative Office Setting) Overview: A leading non-profit healthcare organization is hiring two (2) California-licensed Pharmacy Technicians for direct hire positions within their Customer Care Call Center. These are non-dispensing, administrative roles that allow pharmacy techs to make a real impact by supporting patients, providers, and internal teams through phone-based services. Schedule: Training Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:30 AM 5:30 PM Post-Training Rotating Shifts (Must be able to work all below): Weekday Shifts (MondayFriday): 6:00 AM 3:00 PM 6:30 AM 3:30 PM 7:00 AM 4:00 PM 7:30 AM 4:30 PM 8:30 AM 5:30 PM 9:00 AM 6:00 PM 10:00 AM 7:00 PM Saturday Shifts (Rotating; Sundays may be added): 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (includes 1 weekday off + 1 hour OT) 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (includes 1 weekday off + 1 hour OT) Responsibilities Include: Answering inbound calls from patients, providers, and staff Scheduling appointments for healthcare and pharmacy services Assisting with prescription transfers and general pharmacy inquiries Fielding complaints, resolving issues, and escalating when needed Supporting a high-volume call environment with professionalism and care Ideal Candidate: Active California Pharmacy Technician License Must obtain PTCB certification within 1 year if not currently certified High school diploma or GED required Previous call center, retail, or hospital experience is a plus Excellent phone communication and problem-solving skills Interested?
