Position Overview Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Location: Buffalo, NY area Type: Temp-to-Hire Schedule: Evenings + Weekends Start Date: ASAP Setting: Grocery Retail Pharmacy Licensure: NY Technician registration (PTCB preferred, not required) Key Responsibilities Accurately retrieve, count, label, and prepare prescriptions under pharmacist supervision Enter customer data and maintain complete, secure records Handle all prescription packaging in compliance with pharmacy policy Follow direction from supervising pharmacist and pharmacy manager Maintain pharmacy inventory, stock shelves, and check in supplier deliveries Ensure proper storage of controlled substances and maintain security Perform daily housekeeping and ensure workspace cleanliness Process transactions, assist with customer inquiries, and support front-end duties Ideal Candidate PTCB Certification preferred but not required 12 years of retail or grocery pharmacy experience ideal Detail-oriented and dependable Strong communication and computer skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Flexible to work evenings and weekends Why This Opportunity?
