Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices to enhance pharmacy workflow. Deliver exceptional patient experiences with empathy and care at all contact points. Support pharmacy operations by confirming prescription accuracy and providing appropriate patient counseling. Help in telephonic prescription intake and communication with prescribers. Participate in inventory management tasks and assist with medication deliveries as directed. Embrace personal and professional development through ongoing feedback and learning opportunities.
