Responsibilities: Support company health and wellness initiatives. Adhere to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations along with company policies. Maintain current national and/or state registration, certification, or license as required. Assist the pharmacist with non-judgment-related responsibilities, ensuring a stellar customer experience. Accurately and efficiently complete all aspects of reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing. Continuously coach and train clerks and/or technicians. Compound medications according to applicable regulations. Perform post-fill audits to ensure prescription details match computer records. Support non-dispensing services using various resources and applications. Complete all aspects of CLIA-waived screenings in line with legal and company policies. Provide additional health and wellness services as permitted by state and regulatory bodies. Comply with all sanitation and safety regulations, reporting unsafe conditions to management. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; report any illegal activity without hesitation. Qualifications: Minimum: High School Diploma or GED; must be 18 years of age; ability to handle confidential information; completion of national registration or certification. Desired: Previous comparable experience in a pharmacy environment.
