Start Date: ASAP (client is willing to wait for the right candidate) Type: Permanent Placement Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and community-focused Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to join a well-established independent retail pharmacy in downtown Ainsworth, Nebraska. This is a full-time, permanent role with an immediate opening, and an opportunity to be part of a growing operationincluding input on the design and setup of a brand-new pharmacy location in the next 69 months. The pharmacy currently averages 100+ prescriptions per day , with 1 tech and 1 clerk on staff. The addition of a second pharmacist will provide balance in daily workload and allow both pharmacists flexibility and time off. Schedule: Full-Time: Monday Friday

Hours: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM

Lunch: 1:00 PM 1:30 PM

No weekends or evenings

Ideal Candidate: Must be available for virtual interviews

Comfortable working as the sole pharmacist/PIC

Strong background in retail pharmacy

Licensed in Nebraska (or willing to obtain NE licensure)

Retail experience
