Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead and manage daily operations at an independent retail pharmacy in Amenia, New York . This is a direct hire opportunity for a pharmacist with strong leadership skills, retail operations expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Position: Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: MondayFriday, day shifts
System: Rx30
Compensation: Competitive salary with benefits (plus travel support if applicable)
Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily pharmacy operations
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Supervise, mentor, and lead pharmacy staff
Manage inventory control and maintain pharmacy licensure
Deliver clinical services including immunizations and compounding
Provide medication therapy management (MTM) and collaborate with care teams
Foster a patient-focused and community-oriented pharmacy culture
Qualifications Required:
Active New York Pharmacist License in good standing
Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred/Ideal:
13 years of recent pharmacist experience (preferred)
Prior pharmacy management or leadership experience (highly preferred)
Confidence in overseeing operations and holding the pharmacy accountable
