Excellent time and task management. Basic computer skills with the ability to learn software easily. Comfortable around dogs and cats. Responsibilities: Exhibit genuine love and enthusiasm for pets, creating a positive and welcoming environment for our four-legged guests and their pet parents. Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of services offered and comfortably suggest the best services to meet clients' needs. Ensure a caring and compassionate experience for our pet parents through clear communication, attention to detail, and accuracy in documentation. Earn the trust of pet parents through reliable and dependable service. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to pet care, providing a seamless experience for both pets and pet parents. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the pet resort to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all animals. Prioritize the satisfaction and well-being of pets and their humans, going above and beyond to provide an exceptional and personalized experience.
