Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

** No Nights or Weekends **

Responsibilities and Duties:

Through your encouragement and coaching, you will ensure participants engage in daily routines and activities. You will deliver and supervise purposeful age-appropriate activities and supports for participants. Additionally, you will provide participants with personal care and hygiene support as needed. Our staff accompanies assigned participants on group activities/outings and provides transportation in Agency vehicle when required. You will also complete documentation daily for assigned participants. Additional duties include maintaining inventory of equipment and supplies, identifying problem areas and recommending solutions, and attending required trainings.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School / GED graduation required.
  • One year of experience working with persons with disabilities preferred.
  • Medication Administration certified or will obtain within 60 days of starting date and maintains certification throughout employment completing continuing education and recertification requirements as defined by SOAR365 in a timely manner.
