We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to support individuals with disabilities in our vibrant Day Habilitation and community-based programs. Personal Care Assistant Responsibilities

As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll help individuals maintain safe, healthy, and active lifestyles by assisting with transportation, attending appointments, and supporting daily living activities. You will follow care plans, administer medications, and ensure all supports are delivered with accuracy and respect. Working closely with families, healthcare providers, and case managers, you will be part of a team committed to enhancing quality of life. This includes providing emotional support, encouragement, and advocacy for the rights and needs of each person in your care.

Pay Rate: $17.92 - $18.67 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as planned

Day shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm (hours may vary)

Qualifications

+ High School diploma or equivalent required

+ At least one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, or an associate degree in human services or a related field

+ Valid Driver's License required

+ Experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or in another human services role is a plus
