THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager/Manager, Retail L&D Delivery, you will:
Partner with Retail leadership to identify and develop high potential employees into learning leaders, ensuring their ongoing effectiveness by auditing sessions and providing coaching
Consistently deliver and facilitate clear and engaging training sessions that drive learning outcomes and provide a world-class learner experience
Deliver informal coaching and feedback on the job to support increased learning outcomes and ensure the right learning resources are accessible
Empower Retail leadership with tools and best practices to drive and own the development of their people
Oversee the management, operations, and logistics of dedicated physical environments that enhance education, exposure, and experience opportunities to support the accelerated onboarding and development of Retail teams
Validate achievement of learning outcomes and support continuous improvement of Retail training solutions to address learning needs
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 USD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position is eligible for bonus and equity.
