As a HR Payroll Associate you will: Performs investigative, analytical, and administrative duties applying basic Human Resources principles and concepts in a variety of functions, with a focus on payroll processing. Operates in a person-centered manner with a high degree of independence and regularly uses judgment and discretion to accomplish objectives. This position is a vital part of the HR department, supporting the Manager of Payroll & Benefits and other HR employees. Taking on responsibility for personnel records and various employee relations' duties in a highly confidential manner. This is a full time 1st Shift Opportunity Pay Rate $26.90 to $30.13 The ideal candidate will have: Qualifications: Proven experience in payroll or accounting roles involving payroll tasks Skilled in data collection, entry, and reporting with high accuracy Proficient in using payroll software (e.g., ADP) and general computer applications Strong mathematical and numerical abilities; proficient with 10-key by touch Capable of processing basic functions and formulas in Excel Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills Friendly, service-oriented, and a strong team player Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and high energy levels Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and take on responsibilities proactively Attention to detail, tact, discretion, and sound judgment Highly reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required) HR certification (desired) At least 1 year of direct payroll processing experience (2 years preferred, ADP experience preferred) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Familiarity with HRIS database systems Thorough knowledge of office procedures and equipment Understanding of wage and hour laws and strong writing skills Experience in conducting group orientations and training sessions (preferred) Prior experience in labor/employee relations (preferred) Occasional travel to other office locations may be required, necessitating reliable transportation Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
