We're looking for a Clinic Support Specialist to join a fast-paced healthcare team. In this role, you'll support clinic operations by coordinating patient information, collecting medical records, and assisting providers to ensure smooth, efficient patient visits. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a background in healthcare administration or medical office support. Key Responsibilities Coordinate pre-appointment activities for patients and providers. Collect and manage patient medical records, imaging, and other documentation. Manage incoming faxes and distribute mail as needed. Complete patient intake information accurately for registration and scheduling. Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and clinical staff. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Support process improvements to enhance clinic efficiency. What We're Looking For 2-3 years of customer service or administrative experience in a medical or clinic setting . Strong medical terminology knowledge and familiarity with patient scheduling systems. Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-moving environment. Empathy and professionalism in all patient interactions. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, EMR systems). Preferred Qualifications Post-high-school education or certification in a medical-related field . Experience handling clinical records, faxes, or insurance documentation .
