*The Pastry Cook is responsible for ensuring the quality and preparation of all pastry items while properly handling/storage of all food items in accordance with Company standards.*
What we are looking for: * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to read, write and speak in English is needed to successfully accomplish the essential duties of this job * Minimum 1 year experience at a fine dining establishment * Working knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations * Excellent time management * An approachable attitude * Highly organized and able to work fast * 18+ years of age
