Job Summary: Prepares food according to standards, ensuring quality service at all times. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares high-quality food items following recipes and instructions. Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation. Uses ticket procedures during service and maintains records. Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies. Operates and maintains kitchen equipment. Assists in planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies. Reports maintenance issues or accidents immediately. Attends safety meetings and maintains good relationships with staff and customers. Follows HACCP standards and safety policies, including proper use of gloves, mitts, and slip-resistant shoes.
