Responsibilities: As a Wellness Center CNA, your role will involve assisting licensed care staff with a variety of clinical and technical tasks for residents. This includes helping with daily living activities, light housekeeping, dining and tray services, escorting residents, taking vital signs and weights, and performing other related care duties as assigned. You will be an integral part of the care team, participating in quality assessment and improvement activities, and promptly notifying the team of any changes in resident conditions. Qualifications: Must hold current state certification and relevant experience; completion of required training. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory. Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required, or willingness to obtain them. Current External Defibrillator (AED) certification is preferred where applicable. Previous experience working with geriatric clients is a plus. Basic computer skills are necessary, or a willingness to learn.
