Your Role as a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant: Provide compassionate care for seniors and individuals with illnesses or chronic conditions within their homes. Assist with essential daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and nutritional intake. Support ambulation and transfers, as well as perform range of motion exercises. Monitor vitals, check blood glucose levels, and document any relevant changes in health. Collaborate with a team of health professionals to adhere to each patient's personalized care plan. Observe patients and alert supervisors regarding any changes in care needs, medications, or equipment. Must-Have Qualifications: You must be at least 18 years old. Hold a current Colorado CNA license in good standing. CPR Certification required (demonstration course will be needed). At least six months of recent healthcare experience.
