Summary

F.H. Cann & Associates is hiring exceptional Part time Temp Customer Service Representatives for an exciting opportunity. This Customer Service Representative (CSR) position will be in support of a state-wide program. You will be provided training and although this is a temporary role, successful CSR's might be offered full time employment opportunities.

Candidate Location Requirements : Candidates must reside in Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina.

Essential Functions Receiving in-bound calls and providing answers to questions with pre-scripted responses Occasional out-bound calls for verification purposes Data entry of sensitive information Providing compassionate and tactful service to community Operate multiple applications, databases, and computer programs Offer superior customer service Active learning and listening Attention to detail Extraordinary communication abilities Punctuality Availability to work Monday - Thursday 8:15am Est-4:00pm EST or until the call queue is clear. Work Environment Call/Contact center Federal and State contractor. Preferred Education and Experience Highschool Diploma or equivalent Experience with MS Office Degree or Veterans preferred but not required Position Requirements

Competencies Basic proficiency with Internet Explorer, Microsoft Excel and Word, Outlook email, and Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge of customer service practices and principles Excellent data entry and typing skills Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately Ability to handle sensitive and private information Well organized, results driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to resolve challenging situations calmly and professionally. Ability to manage time and prioritize Working from Home Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet (hard wired ethernet connection required) with minimum of 25 MBPS for Upload and Download speeds. Private, quiet, and distraction free room/office space Must have a Windows 10 PC or Laptop (Mac Book and Chrome book not compatible) 8 GB of RAM 2.2 GHz Processor Computer must have the following programs: Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Excel, and Google Chrome Adhere to Telecommute Policy in its entirety Security Clearance Requirements Will be required to pass Federal background screening and/or state level criminal background screening. Physical/Mental Demands Physical Demands - While performing the duties of this role, an employee is frequently required to sit, talk, or hear, in person and by telephone; use hands to operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk and to lift and carry reports and records weighing up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Mental Demands - While performing the duties of this role, employees are regularly required to use written and oral communication skills; read and interpret data, information, and documents; analyze and solve problems; observe and interpret situations; learn and apply new information or skills; perform highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks; work under intensive deadlines; and interact with vendors and staff in the course of work.
