Location: District Wide This is a summer position with up to 29 hours per week. Due to our summer schedule, this position works Monday through Thursday.

Hourly Rate: $12.56/hour

Job Summary:

Assists the District Technology Department in a variety of tasks, both technical and non-technical, including installation, maintenance, diagnostics and repair, support, and inventory of all district endpoints as well as networking and database management.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge and experience with desktop and laptop hardware Basic experience in audio/visual equipment including projectors, televisions, and speakers Basic knowledge of database software and barcode scanning technology Customer service skills Diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities with hardware and software Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills Required Clearances/Pre-employment Steps:

Criminal Record Check PA Child Abuse History Clearance FBI Fingerprint Clearance TB Test/Mantoux Physical - if applicable Primary Duties:

Assist Department personnel with collection and distribution of technology assets. Label equipment with inventory tags and ensure that equipment is entered correctly into the inventory system. Removal of hardware for repurpose or recycling as directed. Identify technology equipment needing diagnosis and/or repair and work with Department personnel to repair/replace components if needed. Perform software upgrades/updates as needed on laptops, Chromebooks, iPads Carry or otherwise transport equipment. Learn new skills and technologies to expand knowledge and expertise in the information technology field. Secondary Duties:

Perform other duties as assigned
