As a Part-Time Team Leader, you will support the store leadership in providing outstanding customer service while helping fans find their favorite merchandise. Your passion will shine as you train new team members and assist with daily operations to achieve sales goals. What You'll Do: Deliver an engaging shopping experience that entices customers to return, by utilizing your product knowledge and customer service expertise. Step up to support store operations, covering the sales floor and assisting the Store Manager when necessary. Handle key responsibilities by opening and closing the store as required. Process sales transactions, promote additional sales, and communicate any inventory discrepancies to the Store Manager. Understand store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT). Assist with planogram updates and visual merchandising to enhance product presentation. Share insights on music and fashion trends with management and HQ partners. Ensure the store and stock room are organized and well-maintained. Help foster a collaborative and passionate team culture. Perform other duties as needed at the request of your Store Leader. What You'll Need: At least 1 year of retail experience, especially if you have a passion for music and pop culture. Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills. A high school diploma or GED. Physical capability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds.
