Key Responsibilities: Enhance Customer Experience: Greet every customer warmly, understand their needs, and provide tailored service. Promote Loyalty Program: Share the benefits of the DSW Loyalty program to enroll new members. Assist Customers: Answer product inquiries and facilitate sales, both in-store and online. Maintain Store Environment: Ensure a clean, neat, and safe shopping environment by taking care of the store's physical space. Manage Inventory: Receive shipments, prepare merchandise for the sales floor, and uphold inventory standards. Fulfill Orders: Handle fulfillment processes including locating, inspecting, and packaging products for customer pick up or delivery. Conduct Transactions: Accurately complete sales transactions while adhering to company procedures. Promote Team Environment: Participate in team meetings, training, and collaborate with colleagues to foster inclusivity. Required Skills: Flexibility to meet business needs. Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in technology and register systems. Physical capability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Experience: No prior retail experience is necessary. Compensation: The pay range for this position is $16.75 to $17.75, based on relevant experience, skills, and location. Additional benefits may be offered, which vary by position and location.
