Join Our Team! As a Stockroom Operations Associate, you'll be the backbone of our store operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and customers receive top-notch service. Your role involves efficiently processing freight and replenishing stock to meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and manage product shipments, including unloading trucks and executing stockroom operations to fulfill online orders.
Restock the sales floor based on sales trends and seasonal requirements, ensuring a well-organized inventory.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and assisting them with products and services.
Maintain high product protection standards to ensure the security of merchandise.
Help train new hires on company standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and best practices as directed by store leadership.
Associate Responsibilities:

Use good judgment in decision-making and partner with others when needed.
Anticipate customer needs and resolve any issues effectively.
Assist with point of sale processes to provide quick and efficient service while creating a positive customer experience.

Respond proactively to directions from managers and other staff members.

Skills Required:
Strong customer service skills with a focus on detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
No prior retail experience needed.
Must be at least 16 years old.
Available to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in client-facing roles in retail or service industries.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, and occasionally more with assistance.
Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, and lifting frequently.
Willingness to stand and walk throughout your shift.
Must be capable of visually verifying information and inspecting merchandise.
Adhere to health and safety standards.
Compensation: Pay starts at $12.50.
