Key Responsibilities: Create Personalized Customer Experiences: Greet each customer warmly and assess their individual needs. Highlight the benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and assist customers in enrolling. Ensure a Positive In-Store Environment: Maintain a clean and organized store by clearing debris, returning products to their proper locations, and tidying public areas. Support In-Store and Digital Services: Handle all aspects of product fulfillment, from locating items to ensuring readiness for customer pickup or delivery. Prioritize Customer Satisfaction: Process transactions accurately, provide correct change, and always put the customer first. Engage Team Spirit: Participate in team meetings, remain open to coaching, and foster an inclusive atmosphere. Required Skills: Flexible availability to meet business needs. Friendly, professional demeanor focused on customer service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using technology such as registers and mobile devices. Physically able to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Capable of bending and kneeling frequently. Experience: No prior retail experience is necessary. The estimated pay range for this position is $18.50 to $19.50 per hour. The actual pay rate will depend on various job-related factors.
