GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a Part-Time Service Desk Analyst.

Position Overview

The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to end users.

Responsibilities

Provide Customer Service support via phone and email Provide Customer Service skills to technical and non-technical end users Patience and experience in working with non-technical users will be required Understanding and troubleshooting Active Directory Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in IT or higher, or the equivalent in work experience. Knowledge of desktop operating systems including Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10. Experience working with the MS Office suite & browser-based applications. Strong oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge of PC Hardware configurations and troubleshooting. Basic understanding of LAN/WAN technology. Preferred Experience Experience supporting users in the Manufacturing and/or Healthcare industry. Experience with Active Directory is a plus. What We Do:
