Position Details: What You'll Do: Gain in-depth knowledge of the Duluth brand and our products to provide friendly, solution-oriented service to customers. Offer personalized service during each customer interaction, from greeting to fitting room to checkout. Communicate sales and promotions effectively to enhance customer experience. Recognize the importance of capturing customer emails and execute this task diligently. Proactively address customer concerns, empowered to find positive resolutions. Answer calls in a friendly manner, providing store greetings, directions, and assisting with customer orders. Help with receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor. Maintain visual merchandising, ensuring displays are appealing and the store is customer-ready. Ensure cleanliness standards are upheld in all areas of the store. Process all register transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow all company policies, procedures, and practices. Perform additional tasks as directed by management. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience is beneficial but not required. Customer-centric mindset. Pride in a job well done and ownership of store success. Operate with integrity and trust. Excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to collaborate as part of a team. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Environmental Factors: Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day. Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting motions required. Engage in repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with arms. Lift up to twenty pounds regularly; occasionally up to 40 pounds. Push/pull up to 20 lbs. Ability to climb ladders and reach effectively. Work in temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees, especially in stockroom areas. Use a computer for up to 60% of the day.
