Position Overview: As a Sales Lead Specialist, you will work closely with personnel from our esteemed National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Store. Your main responsibility will be to engage customers in conversations about enhancing their heating and cooling systems, improving air quality, and conserving energy. You will work to promote home performance tune-ups and schedule complimentary in-home consultations with our skilled industry experts! Compensation: $22.00 per hour plus commission. Average earnings of $20-30/hour including commission. Weekly payments via direct deposit. Location: San Jose, CA Work Schedule: Shifts from Thursday to Sunday. Typical hours from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
