Stay updated on promotions, new arrivals, and product features. Maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor in alignment with our brand standards. Restock merchandise and ensure displays are tidy and attractive. Efficiently operate the cash register, process transactions, and manage returns or exchanges. Keep the store clean and organized. Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and uphold store standards. Address customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention. Perform other necessary duties as required. Qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Energetic, results-driven, and competitive with a strong desire to succeed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. A genuine passion for home decor and a good eye for design. Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented. Capability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals. Flexible availability to accommodate business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable using a ladder to retrieve and stock products or to hang displays. Physically able to frequently move around the store, assist customers, and perform stocking duties. Strong communication skills to interact with customers in person, electronically, and over the phone. Able to safely handle and move merchandise weighing 50 pounds or more between the stockroom and sales floor. Proficient in operating Point-of-Sale systems and registers accurately and efficiently.
