What You'll Do Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and provide assistance with their purchases. Operate the cash register, scanning items, bagging merchandise, and processing various payment methods accurately. Strive to meet personal performance goals in areas such as credit and loyalty program sign-ups. Ensure inventory accuracy by following company procedures for point of sale and merchandise handling. Help train and onboard new team members on customer service best practices and point of sale operations. Participate in daily operational tasks such as cash balancing and replenishing supplies. Effective verbal and written communication abilities. No previous retail experience necessary. Must be at least 16 years old. Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred: Experience in a client-facing retail or service industry role.
