This Position is for You If: You are passionate about providing exceptional client experiences and driving sales. You possess strong customer service skills, along with a keen interest in fashion and style. You are collaborative, resourceful, and committed to maintaining operational excellence. And of course, a sense of humor is a plus! A Typical Day Includes: Building lasting relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience and meet sales goals. Utilizing extensive product knowledge to deliver an amazing customer journey. Communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy effectively with both customers and team members. Adhering to all sales and operational policies while contributing to a supportive team environment. To Qualify for This Role, You Should Have: 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-focused retail environment. Strong personal selling skills along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical capability to lift, carry, and perform various tasks in a retail setting. Why Join Us? Compensation: The pay range for this role is between $15.00 and $17.00 per hour, based on experience and location.
