Stay informed about current promotions and product knowledge through AutoZone resources. Assist with the installation of wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs. Use OBDII to read diagnostic codes from customers' vehicles. Diagnose automobile issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Communicate effectively with management regarding customer feedback and team dynamics. Actively work on enhancing customer service skills. Provide honest recommendations to customers about the best products for their needs. Position Requirements Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic automotive parts knowledge is mandatory. Strong communication and decision-making skills. Capability to lift, load, and deliver products safely. Flexible availability to cover evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
