JOB SUMMARY As a Part-Time Retail Sales Team Member, you will create a fun and memorable shopping experience at Journeys while supporting store operations and meeting sales goals. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Meet and exceed sales goals and performance standards. Accurately follow Operation/Loss Prevention procedures. Maintain a neat and organized store appearance and stockroom. Communicate store needs effectively to management. Stay updated on fashion trends. Perform all point of sale functions as required. Complete assigned tasks promptly. Provide a comprehensive, enjoyable shopping experience to every customer. Complete all required training. Embrace and demonstrate the Journeys culture. JOB REQUIREMENTS Prior retail sales experience is preferred. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Desire to succeed in retail. Willingness to learn. Availability for night and weekend shifts. Capability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be at least 16 years of age.
