About the Role As a Part-Time Retail Sales Team Member, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while engaging with customers and promoting an inviting shopping experience. What You'll Do Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries. Efficiently operate the cash register, scanning items and handling various payment methods. Deliver friendly, fast, and courteous service while adhering to company standards. Meet or exceed personal goals for credit sign-ups and loyalty program enrollments. Support accurate inventory management by completing point of sale procedures and merchandise returns correctly. Help train new team members by sharing best practices and ensuring they understand point of sale processes and available resources.
