In this role, you will: Utilize leading-selling techniques to assist customers with retail sales, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals. Engage in team selling to foster a collaborative shopping experience. Build authentic relationships with customers, from greeting to post-sale follow-up. Contribute to achieving store sales volume and metrics goals while maintaining your personal sales targets. Assist customers with alterations and have the ability to accurately fit clothing. Help manage merchandise shipments and maintain an organized, visually appealing store environment in line with brand standards. Ensure the security of company property by documenting any damaged or missing items. Participate in stock counts and report discrepancies to management. Be an active, accountable team member supporting store-wide success. Physical and Mental Requirements This position requires you to: Bend, squat, and reach to assist customers and locate merchandise. Stand and walk for most of your shift, sometimes up to 12 hours per day. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. Recognize and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
