Your mission will be to create a fun, memorable shopping experience at Journeys while assisting with store operations and striving to meet store and personal sales goals. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Exceed both store and personal sales targets. Follow all Operation/Loss Prevention procedures accurately. Maintain store appearance and organize stockroom efficiently. Communicate store needs effectively to management. Stay updated on current fashion trends. Perform all point of sale functions accurately as required. Timely completion of all assigned tasks and responsibilities. Provide a comprehensive and enjoyable service experience to every customer. Complete all required training. Understand and embody the Journeys culture. JOB REQUIREMENTS Previous retail sales experience preferred. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Desire to thrive in a dynamic retail environment. Eagerness to learn and grow. Availability to work night and weekend shifts. Physical ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Capable of standing for extended periods. Must be at least 16 years old.
