Your responsibilities will include: Creating a welcoming and easy-to-navigate shopping environment for all customers. Building expertise on our products, promotions, services, and rewards programs tailored to our diverse shoppers. Assisting customers in finding the perfect card and gift solutions to connect with loved ones. Sharing stories and promoting a culture of kindness and caring. Ensuring smooth store operations, including product restocking and merchandising, managing sales, processing shipments, and overseeing curbside deliveries. Delivering an exceptional shopping experience that leaves guests inspired and eager to return. Collaborating with the team to meet sales goals, making sure every customer leaves satisfied. Maintaining company policies and ensuring the store is tidy, both in the backroom and sales floor. Completing other duties or special projects as assigned. Qualifications:

Required: If under 18, must meet work permit requirements. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States. Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent. One or more years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
