Maintaining the store appearance according to merchandising standards set by management. Restocking merchandise to its designated areas efficiently. Utilizing our ZNET system to help customers find items or suitable alternatives. Staying informed about product knowledge and current promotions through AutoZone resources. Practicing GOTTChA by assisting with the installation of wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs. Using OBDII to read vehicle codes for customer diagnostics. Communicating with management regarding customer feedback and team dynamics. Engaging in ongoing personal development to enhance customer service skills. Providing customers with honest recommendations that align with their needs. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Possess basic knowledge of automotive parts. Demonstrate excellent communication and decision-making abilities. Have the physical capability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
