Key Responsibilities: As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will: Engage with customers as part of a high-performing team, focused on trust, commitment, and achieving results. Build strong relationships with customers from the initial greeting through post-sale follow-up. Utilize proven selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals. Encourage and participate in team selling to positively impact store sales and metrics goals. Assist with visual merchandising, setup, and other store-related projects, including conducting merchandise stock counts. Operate the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale. Physical Requirements: Candidates should be able to: Stand and walk for most of the work shift. Frequent bending, squatting, and twisting may be required. Lifting up to 50 lbs. is necessary. Climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies. Distinguish between fabric patterns and colors. Opportunities may arise for voluntary work across multiple store or site locations and various brands.
